We’ve just dispatched the first of many NM-GEN BOX units, a nitrogen generator container package, to one of our clients. This marks another milestone for National Filters in the field of Gas Generation and Treatment, showcasing our ability to achieve success.
This project presented its own set of challenges, requiring ruggedness and reliability in the field. We collaborated closely with our clients to provide a nitrogen generator container that not only fit the application but also ensured smooth operations. Our efforts guaranteed both suitability and operational continuity. This fully mobile unit will inertize a natural gas centrifugal decanter in the gas fields across Queensland. By incorporating membranes for drying and nitrogen generation, the unit has become significantly more resilient to challenging conditions and rugged roads. It boasts a nitrogen purity of 99%, an outlet pressure of 9 bar(g), and a nitrogen flow of 26 Nm³/h. A big “Thank you” to Omega Air and everyone involved in making this happen.
