SF Stainless steel sanitary sterile filter housings are designed for the process industry. These housings tackle corrosion risks in compressed air systems. They are versatile and suitable for a range of applications. Featuring a polished surface with a finish down to Ra0.8.
With the right filter element, you can ensure high-quality compressed air. Our sterile VSF filter elements fit perfectly into these housings. They use depth filter media made from borosilicate glass microfibers. This media removes sub-micron particles as small as 0.01 mm, including harmful bacteria. The filter media is reinforced with NOMEX* and sandwiched between two stainless steel mesh cylinders. It is enclosed in sturdy stainless steel end caps. This design makes for a robust filter element that provides efficient filtration. It can handle multiple steam sterilization cycles at temperatures up to 150°C.
