Sterile Air Filters

Stainless steel sterile filters are carefully designed to protect downstream compressed air systems and equipment from potential disruptions and operational issues. These filters play a vital role in purifying compressed air and other gases, especially in environments susceptible to corrosion or requiring a durable stainless steel build.

To uphold the required gas purity levels, it is essential to fit an appropriate filter element into the filter housing. We have nine elements with different filtration grades to cover your purpose, including our sterile VSF filter element. This element includes a depth filter media made of borosilicate glass microfibers, effectively eliminating sub-micron particles as tiny as 0.01mm, such as bacteria. The result is a durable filter element that ensures thorough filtration, allowing for multiple steam sterilization cycles reaching temperatures of up to 150°C.
