Aluminium Condensate Separators

Condensate separators are crafted to efficiently eliminate bulk liquids from compressed air and vacuum systems. Enclosed within the housing is an insert featuring vanes that induce controlled airflow rotation. This process causes the centrifugal force to push liquids (water, oil) and large particles towards the housing wall, where they slow down and collect at the bottom of the separator housing as condensate. The turbulent free area at the base of the filter housing prevents condensate from being carried over into the airflow. For condensate removal from the cyclone separator, an automatic float drain is provided.
