Aluminium Condensate Separators

Condensate separators efficiently eliminate bulk liquids from compressed air and vacuum systems. An insert with vanes inside the housing induces controlled airflow rotation. This process uses centrifugal force to push liquids (water, oil) and large particles toward the housing wall, where they slow down and collect as condensate at the bottom. The turbulent-free area at the base of the filter housing prevents condensate from carrying over into the airflow. An automatic float drain removes condensate from the cyclone separator.
