EMD-HP 50 bar Series

The EMD HP series drain has been designed to facilitate the automatic discharge of condensate or other non-aggressive fluids from compressed air systems. These units are suitable for installation as external drains in various applications. As condensate accumulates in the reservoir, the system triggers discharge once the fluid level reaches a specified point, ensuring efficient operation without air loss. This process is monitored by a precise capacitive level sensor. Additionally, the EMD HP series features an operational alarm (version A), LED indicator, test button, and internal strainer. An advanced version with Service Network capabilities (version C) for diagnostics and parameter adjustments is also offered. Operating data such as working hours and valve operations are stored in the internal memory, accessible with a Service Network reader for comprehensive analysis.
