Refrigerated Air Dryers

Refrigerated Air Dryers

Refrigeration dryers, known as RDT, are crafted to efficiently remove water from compressed air, reducing the pressure dew point to as low as +3 °C. Contrasting the RDP series, the RDT series features a timer-controlled drain instead of an automatic one. The drying process relies on cooling, occurring within a highly efficient and compact 3-stage heat exchanger. The first stage involves an air-air heat exchanger, where hot and humid inlet air is precooled by the cold outgoing air. In the second stage, an air-refrigerant heat exchanger triggers substantial water condensation through air cooling. The third stage incorporates an integrated demister to separate all condensed water from the primary compressed air stream. This design, known for its reliability and efficiency, ensures quick installation and easy maintenance.
