Description
The AFT0106C/R/S/A-R is a robust 1/2″ BSP four stage breathing air filter designed to operate at 10 bar. Notably, it includes a pressure regulator that provides a flow rate of 45 CFM at 7 bar. This makes it a compact and cost-effective alternative to traditional multi-stage filter systems.
Furthermore, this innovative filter integrates two push-fit elements within a single filter bowl. By utilising Air Flow Through (AFT) technology, it efficiently directs air through two grades of filtration. This minimises directional changes. Consequently, this design significantly reduces pressure drop. It also effectively treats the air to meet Australian breathing air standards for particulate and oil content.
In addition to its robust design, the AFT Filter range excels in efficiently removing solid particles, water, oil, aerosols, hydrocarbons, odours, and vapours from compressed air systems. This capability makes it particularly effective in various applications. For example, it is used in welding, spray painting, silicosis prevention, confined space operations, and underwater hookah units.
