Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you have been removed from the Site previously you are not eligible.
Accounts and Registration
To purchase any products through the Site, you will have the option of registering an account. Personal information will be required about yourself or the company that you represent, if you decide to do this. The information you provide to us must be current, complete and accurate at all times. When registering you will be required to choose a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, accepting all responsibility for activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account is no longer secure, please immediately notify us at sales@nationalfilters.com.au National Filters will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account.
Prices
National Filters are always quoted in AUD. Without prior notice and without incurring any obligations, National Filters reserves the right to make changes to specifications and pricing. In the event that an item has an incorrect price, National Filters will have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed. If payment has been made or if a credit card has been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, National Filters will credit the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price charged.
Delivery
National Filters reserves the right to limit delivery to some places within Australia or the world. Shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax will be added by National Filters under applicable law.
Acceptance Or Rejection Of An Order
National Filters reserves the right to accept or reject and online order for any reason. Reasons may include unavailability, incorrect pricing or product description posted on Services, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed.
Restricted Products
National Filters reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse services to any customer without prior notification.

All National Filters products purchased through the Site are subject to our Returns Policy

National Filters at any time without notice may change content, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site including by limiting or discontinuing certain features of the Site. National Filters will have no liability to the extent permitted by applicable law from changing the site or changing your access to it.
Termination

Additionally, at National Filters sole discretion, your account may be terminated or your access to the Site suspended, whenever for whatever reason, without notice. You may de-activate your account and terminate these Terms at any time within your account on the Site or by contacting customer service at sales@nationalfilters.com.au. Upon termination of these Terms all unpaid amounts must be remitted. Note that your order history may not be deleted upon account de-activation.
