Description
Our O-GEN series oxygen generators utilise Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, which effectively extracts available oxygen from ambient air while separating it from other gases. The process commences by directing compressed, filtered ambient air to a molecular sieve bed. This bed permits oxygen to pass through as a product gas, while other gases are adsorbed. Following the closure of the outlet valve, the sieve releases the adsorbed gases into the atmosphere, while the bed pressure returns to ambient pressure. The bed is then purged with oxygen before fresh compressed air enters for a new production cycle. To ensure an uninterrupted flow of product, the O-GEN oxygen generators employ modules comprising of two molecular sieve beds that alternate between adsorption and regeneration phases. With regular maintenance and under normal operating conditions, the molecular sieve beds have an almost indefinite lifetime. A Revolutionary Technological Advancement.
