This ensures the pump remains in optimal condition, while the surrounding environment remains free from potential biological infections. In addition, the filters come equipped with a transparent flask for easy removal and sterilisation of any collected liquids. The filter elements are highly efficient, exceeding the 0.005% penetration specification outlined in HTM 2022 for infectious disease units.
