We’ve just dispatched the first of many, NM-GEN BOX, a nitrogen generator container package, to one of our clients. This marks another milestone for National Filters in the field of Gas Generation and Treatment. It showcases our ability to achieve.
This project came with its own set of challenges and the need for ruggedness and reliability in the field. We worked closely with our clients to ensure that they got a nitrogen generator container that was not only fit for the application but also kept their operations running smoothly. In doing so, we guaranteed both suitability and operational continuity. This fully mobile unit will be used for inertization of a natural gas centrifugal decanter in the gas fields across Queensland. By incorporating membranes for drying and nitrogen generation, this unit has become significantly more resilient to the challenging conditions and rugged roads. It boasts a nitrogen purity of 99%, an outlet pressure of 9 bar(g), and a nitrogen flow of 26 Nm³/h. A big “Thank you” to Omega Air and all involved in making this happen.
