Description
The ACW series water-cooled aftercooler is engineered to lower compressed air temperatures and minimise water vapour content in compressed air systems. Compressed air or gas at high temperatures is directed through the tubes, while cooling water flows around the tubes in a counter-current pattern. This aftercooler guarantees optimal performance and safeguards all downstream equipment, including refrigeration dryers, adsorption dryers, and filters.

Technical Data
SIZING CONDITIONS: Compressed air flow at 7 bar(g) working pressure and 50°C inlet temperature (100% saturated). Compressed air outlet temperature is 10°C higher than the inlet cooling water temperature, with a 5°C cooling water differential temperature.
CONDITIONS: Shell side: maximum pressure of 10 bar and a temperature range of -10°C to 90°C. Tube side: maximum pressure of 10 bar and a temperature range of -10°C to 200°C.
REMARKS: Different models are available for various flow rates, including those with higher maximum pressure and inlet temperature upon request. For specific project-related cases, we recommend verifying the actual sizing and performance of the aftercooler with Omega Air distributor/factory.
