Description
The AFT0106S/A-RBM is a 1/2″ BSP two-stage breathing air filter that efficiently operates at 10 bar. It features a pressure regulator and a dual outlet manifold, delivering an impressive flow rate of 45 CFM at 7 bar. This filter provides a space-efficient, cost-effective alternative to traditional multi-stage filter systems.
The design incorporates two push-fit elements within a single filter bowl. Utilising Air Flow Through (AFT) technology, the filter directs air through two grades of filtration with minimal directional changes. This design significantly reduces pressure drop while maintaining compliance with Australian standards for breathing air concerning particulate and oil content.
The AFT filter range effectively removes solid particles, water, oil, aerosols, hydrocarbons, odours, and vapours from compressed air systems. It suits various applications, including welding, spray painting, silicosis prevention, confined space work, and underwater hookah operations. To ensure optimal air quality, installing the appropriate filtration elements is crucial.
