Steam Steriliser

The exposure of compressed air piping to elevated temperatures and humidity fosters an ideal environment for microbial growth. To inhibit microbial activity, it is essential to sterilize filters. This can be accomplished either in place or through autoclave sterilization. However, autoclave sterilization involves removing the filters from the system, which may lead to contamination from the surrounding unsterile environment. On the other hand, “sterilization in place” provides more reliable results and is commonly used in the process industry.
